Once we agree on how we approach the solution, we can move on to run a Proof of Concept (POC) or optionally directly move to SafeCloak Digital Cloakroom deployment.

Once we have good understanding of your business and consumer needs we can plan out a Proof of Concept stage. In this process we will chart out few details like duration of the POC, location of locker placement, marketing activities, data sharing intervals and business metrics review intervals. If your clearly see the value add that SafeCloak digital luggage lockers provide to your customers and to your business, we can skip the POC step and move on to a long term contract to deploy the SafeCloak locker at your businesses and establishments.

Once all terms of POC is agreed upon, we can proceed towards signing an MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding). This is to ensure that we have clearly agreed on how we are approaching the SafeCloak solution for your business and customers.

Once an MOU is in place, the next step is deploying the SafeCloak digital cloak room as a smart luggage locker at your business establishment. The deployment and operational setup timelines will follow the time as agreed in the MOU.
