SafeCloak Prohibited Items Policy
This Prohibited Items Policy (“Policy”) describes the items users/customers may not store in SafeCloak Lockers. Any capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Service [SafeCloak Luggage Storage and Cloakroom Terms and Conditions]. SafeCloak may modify this Policy at any time, and the examples included are not exhaustive. By using SafeCloak lockers, you agree to the latest version of this Policy. If you violate this Policy, we may terminate or suspend your use of the SafeCloak lockers in accordance with the Terms of Service [SafeCloak Luggage Storage and Cloakroom Terms and Conditions] and this policy. Below is the list of the Prohibited items that the users/customers are NOT allowed to store in SafeCloak Lockers.
Prohibited Items include, but are not limited to: animals, plants, or other living beings; antiques; weapons; bills of exchange; securities; bonds; bullion; currency; deeds; documents; evidence of debt; credit cards; firearms; money; gems; jewellery; watches; precious stones; pearls; precious metals, gold, silver, or platinum articles (including household articles such as silverware, coffee-service sets, trays, candlesticks and dishes); stock certificates, stamp collections, stamps (postage, revenue, or trading), or letters or packets of letters; perishable goods; items with strong smells; explosive or highly flammable substances; corrosive materials; combustible liquids; radioactive materials; compressed gas; biological agents; toxic agents; asbestos; precious materials; narcotics and illegal substances; goods obtained by illegal means; hazardous materials, or any other items, the possession, usage, or storage of which may harm of your other Items, or violate laws, rules, or regulations.
In addition to the above list, the users/customers using SafeCloak Lockers at railway stations of Indian Railways are NOT to store in lockers any items in the exhaustive list of prohibited items as indicated at the following URL: https://indianrailways.gov.in/railwayboard/uploads/Download%20File.pdf – The detailed list of prohibited items issued by Railways (Red Tariff Materials)
Users/Customers of SafeCloak Luggage Lockers agree NOT to store any prohibited items as listed above. Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the contents of their luggage and will indemnify SafeCloak against any claims arising from non-compliance of this policy.
